TripGuide (maluno.fr/voyage/) is an online trip planning and AI audioguide service published by Maluno ("the Publisher").
The Publisher does not guarantee the factual accuracy of historical information, dates, names, events, opening hours, prices, GPS coordinates, or restaurant/hotel recommendations. Users should verify critical information with official sources.
Registration is free. The service collects: email, name, password (hashed), trip data, and optionally geolocation and photos (for museum mode analysis). Photos are transmitted to AI providers (Gemini, Claude) for processing. Deleting a trip removes all associated data.
In compliance with GDPR, users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data: contact@maluno.fr.
Audioguides are original creations generated by AI models (DeepSeek, Claude, Gemini) from general knowledge. They are not copies of existing works. Geographic data: OpenStreetMap (ODbL). Thumbnails: Wikipedia (CC). Voice: Microsoft Edge TTS.
Service code and design belong to the Publisher. User-created content (photos, notes) remains user property. By using the service, users grant the Publisher a hosting license necessary for service operation.
Free: all features, with discrete ads. Premium (€4.99/trip): ad-free, priority support. Payment via Stripe, no recurring subscription.
The Publisher is not liable for: decisions based on service information, traffic fines related to ZTL or parking, factual errors in audioguides, service unavailability, or data loss.
The service uses: DeepSeek (China), Google Gemini (USA), Anthropic Claude (USA), OpenStreetMap, OSRM, Nominatim, Microsoft Edge TTS, Open-Meteo, Stripe.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Grenoble, France.
